What information do I use to login to my pdpworks.com account?
For Clients (Key Contact/Admin)-You may login using your client ID number and your password.
For Admins-You may login using your Admin Login Name and your password.
For User Levels (Divisions, Departments, or Managers)-You may login using either your email address or your provided ID number, and your password.
I’ve lost my password
If you are a PDPworks Administrative user and you’ve lost your password, click on the Lost Password link near the login fields. This will lead you through the process of resetting your password. Your password is one-way encrypted and cannot be read by anyone, including the PDPworks support staff. The only option is to reset the password.
This requires that you have access to the email account the we have on file for your PDPworks account, if you do not, please contact your PDP Licensed Representative.
If you are a Division, Department, or Manager level user and have lost or forgotten your password, contact your PDPworks Administrator and request that your password be reset.
